So it's been six weeks!!! Wow have things changed. Cadee has grown a lot, and we have learned that she has started to create her own habits.
1. When giggling I always raise my ears
2. If daddy doesn't have a shirt on and is holding me, I tug on his chest hairs
3. I don't like being swaddled, it was fine the first couple days... now I know I have legs
and I want to stretch them
4. I always hold British fingers (little finger extended) during bottle time
5. I love my fur brothers, petting them, being licked and laying with them in the dog bed
6. When I'm pooping my face is red and squinty but please don't change my diaper until it is
normal again- then I'll be done
7. Dainty burps are not for me... when I burp it's loud!
8. I love to be patted on the back and butt... it calms me down
9. I'm great at pretending to be asleep, but sometime I smile and give myself away
10. Music makes me happy
11. I may have hair bows but I'm no girly girl
12. No hands during breakfast- I hold them up high above my head
On another note I just got back from my two weeks with the National Guard it was a bitter sweet moment. I spent 6 years of my life in the Army. In the past six years a lot of things have happened. Four years ago I married the most amazing woman in the world. Now six weeks ago we had a blessing of the birth of the most amazing baby girl in the world. On Friday July 6th my grandma Josephine Ann Harris, passed away just hours after meeting President Obama. She had some medical problems prior to him stopping by her restaurant. -Daddy Daniel and Mommy Maggie
